Project Management
After project execution, we also carry out what we call Project Management. This phase encompasses the search for specialized suppliers for each section, receiving and processing bids, selecting the right partner, and monitoring implementation.
With the experience gained over the past 25 years, at Dimensia, we directly carry out the following tasks: shelf coding, warehouse signage, horizontal painting of roads and sections, and deconsolidation lockers.
01Equipment
We help you select the right supplier, both technically and economically, for shelving, machinery, pallets, and automation equipment.
We monitor the entire operation until its final assembly and/or commissioning.
02 SGA (WMS)
We carry out the necessary specifications to adapt the WMS to your facility.
We search and analyze the most compatible SGA among all the SGAs on the market, and we track milestones and implement them.
03 Direct action
We perform coding of shelves and goods.
We analyze the appropriate optical signage for your safety and install it.
We carry out horizontal painting of roads and sections.
