We started with a simple program, more than 30 years ago, to calculate the needs of forklifts in a warehouse, but, with time and experience acquired in numerous projects, we expanded our suite of tools.
At the moment, We have around 25 software programs and proprietary calculation modules, many of them unique worldwide, which constitute a fundamental pillar in our daily work and allow us to offer innovative and differentiating solutions to our customers.
The first block of our software It is made up of what we call “dimensional simulators”, which allow for the sizing, evaluation, and optimization of reception, storage, shipping, and dock areas, as well as the calculation of the personnel associated with each of them.

The second block is configured in relation to the means of support of a logistics installation, both conventional and automatic, in this group is Disimovi©, which allows the calculation of productivity of all types of forklifts and associated personnel for both simple and combined pallet movements in the warehouse.
In the same group, but in the field of automation, Dimensia has a unique program of its own design called Transcal©, which is a stacker crane and miniload simulator, including the calculation of the necessary maintenance personnel.
In the important section of order preparation, our company has developed its own unique program on the market called Dipedido©, an order preparation simulator that compares different order preparation operation options. picking according to the different types of merchandise to be collected and calculates the number of order pickers of different typology and associated personnel.
As a third major block, our engineering has developed a series of programs whose purpose is to obtain a plane of the layout from the warehouse along with the design of the required shelving modules and aisle widths associated with the handling elements to be used in said warehouse. To this end, we use the Dimpasi©, Dimodu©, and Dialma© tools for calculating warehouse dimensions in accordance with UNE 15620-2009 and RD 2267-2004, and for parameterizing modules for different types of shelving in accordance with UNE 15620-2009.
A fundamental module of these programs is that of export to AutoCad, generating a script that will allow us to have multiple options in seconds layout possible warehouse layouts with the optimal shelving and aisle layout for each of these plans.
Other relevant calculation modules of our suite Logistics design programs are those that allow us to obtain the number of trilateral forklifts; the number of AGVs; the truck maneuvering surfaces at the docks; or the calculation of the required number of trucks in the warehouse according to UNE EN 12433-1 and 2-2000 standards.
